I live in Santa Fe, NM and everytime I come to Dallas I take my son and DIL to Penne Pomodoro. I have never eaten the Carbonara anywhere in the world that is as good as ya'lls. Plus the fried avocados. YUM.

I've had this three or four times now. I've tried several other entrees and appetizers that have also been incredible, but the salmon is still my favorite. I love the mashed potatoes sauteed spinach and lemon butter sauce on it.

I had cappellini with pink sauce and shrimp. It was delicious and the shrimp tasted fresh! One of the best places in Dallas!
